The Preschool Ministry Associate is responsible for assisting the Children’s Minister in the development and execution of a comprehensive program of childhood education that will effectively facilitate the spiritual foundation and discipleship of children, ages birth through kindergarten, contributing to The Cross Church’s high-performance culture and mission to “Spread God’s Fame by making disciples of All People”. The Preschool Ministry Associate reports to the Children’s Minister.
