Welcome to Clinton FCC, a gathering of people who passionately make disciples.
Alongside our mission of passionately making disciples, we have adopted a vision to
become an intergenerational worshipping family. We are looking for someone excited to
join us on mission and vision by cultivating biblical, corporate worship gatherings. If you
desire to participate in worship gatherings where the full content of the gospel message
finds reflection and engagement with all generations, FCC is a people for you.
When you arrive, you will work with Dinelle Frankland. Dinelle is a life-long learner and
teacher in the area of corporate worship gatherings. She has taught more than 40 years
in Bible Colleges and Seminaries in the area of worship. Most importantly, she is an
avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Jesus, (who she claims roots for Dallas, but we are
not sure).
Below are some specific categories and details of what we are looking for:
EXPERIENCE
● Previous ministry experience preferred
○ Has familiarity and fruitful experience with multiple musical styles (hymns and
contemporary choruses)
○ Has experience leading and integrating all the generations in a church
○ Has experience in the areas of worship and service/technical production,
○ Has experience leading a team of vocalists and musicians in carrying out
corporate worship
● Bible college degree preferred
○ Holds at least a Bachelor’s degree in the areas of worship, music, production,
ministry, and/or leadership
■ Ideally in the area of worship
■ Exceptional experience will be taken into consideration if there is no
formal education
EXPECTATIONS/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES + COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
● Music
○ Able to lead vocally with excellence
○ Able to play and lead from from an instrument
○ Able to lead and direct various musical configurations of instrumentation and
vocalists (band-leading)
○ Has a basic understanding of music theory and arranging
● Tech/Production
○ Able to recruit and train tech volunteers to execute services with excellence
○ Competent in Audio and Visual technologies
■ Competent using ProPresenter presentation software
■ Able to discern and carry out the most needed upgrades for audio/visual
tech equipment
○ Competent in producing and streaming excellent (but simple) online services
● Leadership/Administration
○ Able to lead, recruit, and develop teams of volunteers (musical, vocal, and
technical)
○ Capable of planning intentional, contextual, intergenerational, gospel-centered
services alongside Dinelle OR willing to be taught
○ Able to administrate and schedule volunteers and services via Planning Center
Online
○ Execute and administrate the worship budget for the year.
● Staff + Elders
○ Able to serve and contribute alongside a committed team of staff and elders
○ Able to further the vision of being a passionate community of disciple-makers
○ Eager to shepherd the congregation at large at FCC
● Disciple-making
○ Has the passion and ability to walk alongside others, mentoring them into the
fullness of their callings and maturity in Christ
COMPENSATION
● 40-60k/ yr. to start based on experience
● Health Ins. through Blue Cross Blue Shield with 80% of premiums paid
● Two-Three Weeks’ vacation to start based on experience
● Opportunity for retirement matching in a SIMPLE IRA
WORKING BENEFITS
● Staff members are given one soul-care day each month
● Staff members get to meet for a 1 on 1 with the lead minister every other week
● Staff members receive a conference allowance each year
