Youth Pastor

The Youth Pastor of Riverlawn Christian Church is a member of the Pastoral Staff of the church and is selected by the Lead Pastor and the Elders for an unspecified period of service.  He will provide leadership to our Youth Ministry, seventh grade through twelfth grade under the supervision of the Lead Pastor and the Eldership.  Primary responsibilities are to partner with parents in the church to introduce as many youth as possible to Jesus Christ, using as many methods as God directs and to oversee the initial nurture and discipleship in establishing them in healthy growth.  He is expected to contribute to the team spirit of the staff through fellowship, encouragement, cooperation, prayer support and other appropriate ways, as he serves his Lord Jesus Christ and the church.
