Purpose:

The Student Government Advisors exists for various and important reasons. They actively monitor the policies, actions, and behavior of the Student Government, guide Government members and provide mentorship and leadership training, participate in the Discrepancy Forum as Adjudicators whenever issues are brought about, and help create the environment and provide resources for the Student Government to successfully serve the undergraduate student's needs and interests.

Structure:

The Advisors are chosen by the President of the Student Government and may serve up to two years at a time. They can be a member of the staff or faculty of Dallas Christian College. The Advisors may not vote on any Assembly or Executive business or unduly influence decisions of the Student Government. Please visit here to view the responsibilites of the Advisors.
