Dallas Christian College Begins New Baseball Program Fall 2009

Tuesday, November 3

Dallas Christian College Crusader Baseball began practices August 27, 2009. Using our soccer field and McInnish Park in Carrollton, the team has managed to settle in with a 13 man roster. The team is a mix of 8 Texas players and 5 Florida players. There is a need for several more players for the spring schedule with pitching being the number one need.

"The constant rain this fall has been a hindrance for our practices, however, our players spirits seem to remain high," Head Coach Denny Dixon said. "We are looking forward to the possibilities of having our own field on campus soon. The support of our new DCC baseball program has been outstanding."
