Athletic Director and Head Women’s Basketball Coach

Sean has committed his life to ministry through preaching, teaching, and coaching. Through more than 25 years of dedicated ministry in pastoral and school leadership, Sean has been able to see Christ work in the hearts and minds of students, players, parents, and entire families. With more than a decade of collegiate and varsity coaching experience, Sean believes in focusing on relationships first to maximize character as well as performance. He was named “Who’s Who Among American High School Teachers” in honor of his commitment to helping others excel.

Sean has served in Higher Education as the Director of Admissions for two colleges, as the Senior Pastor of four churches, as the Associate Pastor of three churches, and as the Athletic Director for three Christian Schools. As a High School Athletic Director he has served as a TAPPS District President for Football, Basketball, and Track and Field.

Sean holds a dual degree from Vennard College in Pastoral Ministries and Biblical Theology. He is married to his college sweetheart, Teri, and they have three daughters, Jacklyn, Miranda, and Danielle, who keep them busy.

Sean is proud to be serving his fifth year, as the Director of Athletics and Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Dallas Christian College. He is currently serving as the NCCAA Southwest Regional Chair for Women’s Basketball.

Jessalyn Flowers

Women’s Basketball Assistant Coach

Alma Mater: Dallas Christian College(undergraduate)


Jessalyn is from Magnolia, TX where she attended Magnolia High School. While in high school, she played basketball for all four years and ran track for three years. Jessalyn is married to Samuel Flowers who is in the United States Navy. Jessalyn attends Dallas Christian College now where she is finishing up her last semester. She has played basketball and soccer all four years while attending at DCC. Jessalyn was named All-American all four years that she played basketball and also holds multiple records at her school in basketball as well. She will graduate from DCC with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies with emphasis in English and Psychology. Jessalyn has recently started working with Coach Williams and EYG Inc. She is blessed with this opportunity that Coach Williams has given her and is looking forward to working with the team and spreading Christ’s love.
