DCC Crusaders defeats Manhattan Christian College 6-2

Corey Lee went 2-4, helping DCC Crusaders to a 6-2 victory over Manhattan Christian College on Saturday at Manhattan Christian.

He tripled in the first inning and singled in the second inning.

Justin Krie got it done on the mound on the way to a win. He allowed two runs over four innings. He struck out three, walked two and surrendered three hits.

DCC Crusaders didn’t relinquish the lead after scoring two runs in the first inning when it scored on an RBI double by Dustin Tarpley and a sacrifice fly by Kale McQuillen.

DCC Crusaders increased its lead with three runs in the fourth. The inning got off to a hot start when McQuillen doubled, scoring Lee and Nathan Maxey.
