Catalog Cover The educational programs of Dallas Christian College produce graduates who are able to influence others in various settings, including ministry, business, education, and psychology.

All the degree programs of DCC meet ABHE requirements for a balanced curriculum in Bible, general education, and specialized or professional studies. This reflects the college's conviction that knowledge of the Bible is basic to education.

The college offers a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), a Bachelor of Science (B.S.), and an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.). The Bachelor of Arts degree differs from the Bachelor of Science degree in that the B.A. requires 12-hours of Biblical Greek. Students who intend to enter ministry, particularly preaching or teaching, or who intend to enroll in seminary are encouraged to pursue the B.A. degree.

The Bible Department offers the B.A. and B.S. degrees with majors in Biblical Studies, Practical Ministries, and Worship Arts. Within the Practical Ministries degree are three tracks from which to choose: Intercultural Studies, Ministry Leadership, or Youth and Family Ministry.  The Worship Arts major has two tracks to choose from, the Worship Ministry Leadership or the Music Ministry Leadership.  The Bible Department offers minors in Biblical Languages, Church Education Ministry, Intercultural Studies, Ministry Studies, Preaching Ministry, Urban Studies, Worship Arts, and Youth and Family Ministry.

The Arts and Sciences Department offers the B.A. and the B.S. degree with a major in Interdisciplinary Studies and minors in English, or History. This major serves as a foundational undergraduate degree preparing students for church and para-church ministries and for graduate professional studies.

The Business Department offers the B.A. and the B.S. degree in Business. There are two tracks within the major to choose from, the Business Administration and Ethics track or the Nonprofit Management track.  The Business Department also offers an A.A.S. degree in Business and a minor in Business.

The Education Department offers the B.S. degree in Education with four tracks to choose from:  Elementary (Early childhood-6), Middle School (4-8), Secondary (8-12), or Music (Early Childhood-12).  These degrees prepare students to teach in private Christian schools with certification from the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). The ACCESS division of the Education Department prepares students for Texas state  teacher certification.

The Psychology department offers the B.A. or the B.S. in Psychology as well as a minor in Psychology.  This major serves as a foundational undergraduate degree preparing students for church and para-church ministries and for seminary or graduate professional studies.
The college also offers degrees online and through Quest, a degree-completion program whose classes meet in the evening. DCC Online offers a B.S. degree with majors in Business (Business Administration and Ethics or Nonprofit Management track) and Practical Ministries (Ministry Leadership track).
