Podcasting at DCC

Currently, our Chapel messages are available via podcasting. To subscribe to this service, you must first Download iTunes. iTunes is a free digital media player application, developed by Apple Computer, for playing and organizing digital music and video files.

What is Podcasting?

Podcasting is a way of picking your favorite shows and listening to them whenever you like, all for free. A podcast is a web feed of audio placed on the Internet for you to subscribe to. By subscribing to the DCC Chapel messages, new content will be automatically delivered to your iTunes, so that you can listen to it on your own time. This is what distinguishes a podcast from a simple download or real-time streaming.

All you need is a computer, an internet connection, and iTunes to subscribe and listen to podcasts. iTunes is compatible with both Mac and Windows desktops. Sign up for DCC Chapel messages, and the software will download new messages whenever they’re available. If you own an iPod, you can even take your messages with you!
