Dallas Christian College is taking applications from people who are qualified
to teach classes part-time in various areas.
Minimum qualifications include:
- a Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours of credit in and/or
related to the class being taught
- a Christian world view
- a desire to teach and mentor a new generation to be to be people of
influence, under God’s influence, for a life of influence
These positions utilize one of the following formats:
- traditional classes, which are taught over 16 weeks in the day schedule
- degree completion programs which involve teaching the class one evening
each week over a period of six weeks
- fully on-line classes which are taught over seven weeks for each
class in the Moodle learning management system.
The following classes are taught at times by adjunct teachers.
- Us History
- World History
- Sociology
- Philosophy
- Psychology (PhD preferred)
- English Composition
- English Literature
- Science (traditional platform)
- Physical education
- Speech
- Cultural anthropology
- Mathematics
- Art appreciation
