New Student Orientation (NSO) is an
exciting time for our new students at Dallas
Christian College. NSO marks the adoption of
new students into the DCC family, and the
Office of Community wants to offer the best
orientation experience possible to keep our new
students informed and plugged in.
NSO is an important time for new students
as they will learn all about being a student at
DCC. Sessions cover everything from course
placement to parking information, technology
instruction to employment opportunities, and
everything in between. At NSO, new students
will have the opportunity to hang out with
returning DCC students, meet the faculty and
staff, enjoy a great NSO Kickoff celebration
and start the year off right away with some
great friendships.
Attendance to all NSO sessions is
mandatory for all new traditional students
including first year, transfer, and international
students.NSO for new incoming Spring 2012 students will take place January 14-16, 2012.

All traditional students must reside on campus unless they are living with their parents, guardians, are 21 years old or older, or married. The campus counts with two dormitories, Newland Hall (for men) and Winslow Hall (for women.)
New students must complete the Application for Residence Hall and submit a $150 housing deposit prior to moving into the residence hall. The amount is refunded (less fees for any damage) when the student permanently leaves the residence hall.
