Orientation: Overview

New Student Orientation (NSO) is an exciting time for our new students at Dallas Christian College.  NSO marks the adoption of new students into the DCC family, and the Office of Community wants to offer the best orientation experience possible to get keep our new students informed and plugged in.

NSO is an important time for new students as they will learn all about being a student at DCC.  Sessions cover everything from course placement to parking information, technology instruction to employment opportunities, and everything in between.  At NSO, new students will have the opportunity to hang out with returning DCC students, meet the faculty and staff, enjoy supper and swimming at President Rubeck’s house, and start the year right away with some great friendships.

Attendance to all NSO sessions is mandatory for all new traditional students including first year, transfer, and international students.
