Dallas Christian College gave the phrases "go to Bible college" and "study the Bible" a whole new meaning when it developed the online degree completion program in Ministry and Leadership. A Christian college degree no longer requires you to leave your home, job, and ministry in order to "go to Bible college." DCC Online offers the flexibility and convenience of online learning to those needing an accredited ministry degree. Each Bible and leadership class has weekly work due on a specific day, but there are no meeting times to fit into your schedule.

We currently offer online a 129-hour Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Ministry and Leadership. These degrees are designed to equip people with leadership and ministry skills in the church and in the community, as well as to build a solid Scriptural foundation. These degree completion programs can be entered with as little as 33 hours of previous college credit from any regionally accredited institution. Each course is seven weeks long and earns three semester hours of credit.

Program Overview

  • Most courses meet online for seven weeks.
  • Most students progress through the program, taking one course at a time.
  • The curriculum is accessed on the Internet with detailed assignments for each week, helping students adjust their schedules accordingly.
  • Courses require a weekend visit to the DCC campus (two trips total). These are the residency requirement for all students completing the Bachelor of Arts or the Bachelor of Science in Ministry and Leadership.
  • The online faculty includes members of DCC’s full-time faculty and adjunct faculty.

Many of DCC non-traditional students have gone on to graduate school and done well.
