Veterans Assistance
Veterans and veteran dependents may be eligible for educational benefits
through the Veterans Administration. Veterans should contact their area
Veterans Administratio Office for eligibility requirements. Veterans are
certified for enrollment through the Financial Aid Office.
Federal Work-Study
DCC offers on-campus employment. However, the number of jobs is limited.
In order to be considered for these positions, the student must complete
the Free Application
for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Community Service
Job opportunities in the area are plentiful for students who desire to
work. Assistance in job availability is obtained through the Student Development
office at DCC. A student must be careful to arrange the job to fit with
the college schedule; i.e., academic preparation has priority over work.
