Bible Department

The Bible Department of Dallas Christian College prepares students for leadership ministry in a church or ministry setting. The department offers two degrees, the Bachelor of Arts and the Bachelor of Science.

The B.A. degree includes 18 credit hours of the Bible Core, 51 credit hours of the General Studies which includes 12 hours of Bible/Theology, a minimum of 30 credit hours of the major, 12 credit hours of biblical language, and 15 credit hours of open electives. The B.S. degree includes 18 credit hours of the Bible Core, 51 credit hours of the General Studies which includes 12 hours of Bible/Theology, a minimum of 30 credit hours of the major, and 27 credit hours of open electives. If desired, the student may choose to pursue a second major or a minor in lieu of open electives.

The department also offers one degree through DCC Online or the evening program: the Bachelor of Science in Ministry and Leadership.
